CAMPIONS - THE HISTORY.

CELEBRATING its fourteenth anniversary this year the rise of CAMPIONS as one of Bristol's premier letting and management agencies is a remarkable success story.

Now established alongside the most respected agencies in the city with an extensive portfolio of flats and houses owner Elizabeth Smart can look back fondly over the last fourteen years.

Elizabeth had excellent training before setting up her own business. She first trained as a legal secretary and then worked for several years at Hoddell Pritchard Estate Agents in Clifton and Congresbury.

While those first few years were hard work on her own, the effort and long hours were well worth it as CAMPIONS is firmly established in the property letting and management market. Elizabeth is assisted by a team of highly trained specialists.

Her pre-eminence in the business was recognised by being appointed Chairman of the Bristol Association of Letting and Managing Agents (BALMA), an independent body set up in 1989, for a second term. BALMA aims to safeguard the interests of both landlords and tenants by improving the standards and professionalism within the rental market.

Elizabeth has also been a member of the Lettings Examinations Board for the National Association of Estate Agents.

There is little doubt then that CAMPIONS has come of age and Elizabeth is now looking forward to the next fourteen years.
