Block Management

Block management is a service that Campions are able to
provide through our parent company, Blenheims Estate & Asset
Management. The team at Chandos Road handles day to day enquiries and
manages any issues that arise with a building while our accounts team provides
specialist accounts support.

Blenheims offers a full range of block management services to our clients and has a wealth of experience dealing with all the interested parties in a building or estate.

We work with landlords, Resident Management Companies (RMCs); Right to Manage Companies (RTMs); Developers and Investors and we always tailor our services to ensure that the specific needs of these groups are met.

With a long-term approach to our business relationships, we recognize that while the basic management functions remain the same for all groups, the way in which individual buildings are managed depends greatly on the people with whom we are in contact and their specific needs.
